meet dr brian h andress

Ever since I was very young, I have been fascinated by the field of dentistry, and it has been my privilege to serve the profession and my community for nearly three decades. Over time, I have witnessed the sophistication of procedures to maximize the quality of care and comfort to patients.

I find the art of dentistry exciting and rewarding: being able to restore or create someone’s beautiful smile. I cherish the relationships I have developed over the years with my patients and dedicated coworkers and staff, and I continue to look forward to coming to work, meeting new people, and providing my dental family with the highest quality care I can give.

In the dynamic profession of dentistry, new procedures and techniques are continually evolving to provide greater comfort and quality care to patients.

Over the past 27 years I have accumulated more than 1,000 hours of continuing education work, including courses in implant dentistry, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, and orthodontics.

Professional Associations

Working with Friends

Upon completion of dental school, I met Dr. Elfring while we worked together as associates in a group practice. A year later, I opened my own practice in Livonia, and stayed in contact with Dr. Elfring, who began practicing in Novi.

Eventually, in 1998, we combined our two separate practices at our current location in Novi, to provide the latest in patient comfort and offer the best in individualized patient care. We have a great staff of dedicated professionals, most of whom have been with us for many years, and we look forward to welcoming you to our dental family.

Outside the Office

I grew up in nearby Waterford, Michigan, where I still have numerous family ties. While studying at Michigan State University, I met my wife, Linda. Together, we are currently raising our four children: Elizabeth, Robert, Danny, and Brianna. We all enjoy the company of our little Bichon Frisé pup and our big Maine Coon cat, as well as spending time together in northern Michigan.

I like to stay active with running, hiking, and biking, and I am also branching out into yoga. I’m a big fan of the MSU Spartans and try to attend several events throughout the year.
