Meet the Doctors

Novi Dentists PLLC has been at its current location since January 1998. Dr. Elfring and Dr. Andress initially met as associate dentists working for a group Dental Practice in 1986. Dr. Elfring went on to open his practice in Novi at the corner of 10 mile and Meadowbrook in December of 1986. Dr. Andress opened his own office in Livonia on the corner of 8 mile and Gill in September 1987. Both doctors stayed in touch over the years and consolidated their practices at the current location.

Dr. Elfring has now retired and Dr. Marriott joined the practice in June of 2013. Our newest additions are Dr. Shannon Young, Dr. Michelle Y. Uekihara and Dr. Grant Prior.

The four doctors and the staff alternate their hours in order to provide convenient hours for their patients. The practice is open Monday through Thursday from 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm.
